A Creative Director with a designer’s eye, career highlights include campaigns for Amazon.com, Taco Bell, Fox Sports, Electronic Arts and Kikkoman. Before co-founding OKRP, Matt served as internal Creative Director at Amazon.com. Matt’s work has been recognized by Clio, Cannes Lion, The Effie’s, TechCrunch and the Sundance Film Festival. A mentor to the talent at OKRP, his creative philosophy is best summed up by the agency’s guiding principle: Have Soul.
Resourceful and results-oriented, Nick drives the strategic direction for our clients’ businesses. With major experience in three areas of marketing – client, agency and media provider – Nick understands multiple perspectives as few can. Prior to co-founding O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul, Nick served as Chief Global Growth Officer for DraftFCB. A firm believer in staying connected to the community, he currently serves on several boards. “Put the ‘Agent’ in Advertising Agency” is the OKRP principle that Nick embodies every day.
In her previous life as a writer, performer and director with Chicago’s Second City comedy theater, Sue learned the art of improvisation – a skill she’s now mastered in her role as O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul’s Creative Director. At OKRP, Sue’s built an A Team of “improviser” creative talent, who combine strategy with a sense of humor, to deliver everything from traditional advertising to experiential live content for clients including Facebook, Big Lots, Pizza Hut’s WingStreet and Orbitz.
Natasha’s right at home in the fast-paced, nimble environment of O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul. Before joining OKRP, she was at Jacobs Agency in Chicago, where she led integrated campaigns for clients such as Comcast, Microsoft, ULTA, and Whole Foods Market. Today, as Director of Account Services, she focuses on strategic account planning, and is instrumental in campaign implementation and performance. For Natasha, the differentiating work of OKRP is the direct result of a strong collaborative effort between clients and its agency team.
Long-time collaborator, sounding board and producer “extraordinaire” for Tom and Matt, Scott brings twenty-five years of experience to the table. Highly regarded within the production communities of advertising and entertainment, Scott’s brought top directors, editors, music houses and celebrity talent to clients such as Taco Bell, Gatorade, Coors Light and Electronic Arts. Scott prides himself on taking work from an idea to a reality, plus-ing it every step of the way.
With a perspective that’s pure “millennial,” Nate effortlessly combines analytics, instinct and insight. Before joining O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul, he was at David&Goliath in Los Angeles, helping build business for Carl’s Jr., NFL Media and MGM Resort Properties. At OKRP, Nate leads strategy as a proponent of the agency’s philosophy that a willingness to be disposable with ideas is key to strategic success. Recently relocating to Chicago, he also believes that cold weather builds character.

Addie brings her experience and passion for strategic account planning and process improvement to her dual client service and business development roles at OKRP. With a proven track record of solving integrated brand challenges across a spectrum of food, healthcare and technology clients, Addie knows how to introduce new ideas to drive fast results.
As the Senior Account Executive, Christina is skilled in developing creative solutions that exceed client expectations. She ensures the on-time execution of agency work – from the moment the project is created through the delivery of final materials. Christina is a Restaurant and Hospitality Marketing expert; having held previous roles with McDonald’s, CRAVE Restaurants and Quantified Marketing Group, the nation’s largest Restaurant marketing and public relations firm. Born and raised in Winter Park, Florida Christina is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and is passionate about the advertising industry, creative design, brand development, trend analysis and all things food-related.
