Progress Report

The call-to-arms that brought the advertising industry together to take a public stand against racism during the summer of 2020 is as important as ever. The work is never done, but we’re proud to have increased diversity across the agency, especially at senior levels. Today, we are 38% non-Caucasian, 59% female, 18% Black and our senior ranks – including our Executive Leadership Team – are leading the way. Our comparative numbers from 2021 and 2020 are published below for full transparency.
